Currently, at Facebook I lead the Community Products Group’s UXR Difference, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) workstream where we seek to design, implement, and teach DE&I frameworks and uncover DE&I gaps in our product development process. We work with leadership, product teams, and crossfunctional partners to take on research and product changes to address the gaps we uncover.
Why does this matter? By starting product development and research from a place of inclusion, we are able embed just and equitable design and product decisions that result in better products for all users.

DE&I Workshops.
